The production process
- Design & feasibility — sequence review, solubility and modification planning.
- Solid-phase synthesis (SPPS) — Fmoc chemistry on resin, optionally hybridized with liquid-phase (LPPS) for longer chains.
- Cleavage & deprotection — releasing the crude peptide from resin.
- Purification — preparative HPLC to reach target purity.
- QC release — HPLC, MS and COA per batch.
- Lyophilization — freeze-dried powder, vial or bulk.
Scale and timelines
