What products does PepNova supply?

Are your peptides intended for human use?
No. Every product from PepNova is strictly for research and animal (veterinary) use only. They are not approved for human consumption, diagnosis, or therapy. Buyers are responsible for complying with the regulations that apply in their own country.
What documentation comes with each order?
Every batch ships with a Certificate of Analysis (COA), an HPLC chromatogram and an MSDS. Mass-spec and NMR data, third-party test reports, and residual-solvent/heavy-metal results are available on request.
What purity do you guarantee?
Typical purity is ≥99% by HPLC for our standard research-grade peptides. The exact value for each lot is printed on its COA. Crude or intermediate grades can be supplied on request for non-critical work.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ is flexible. We support small research-scale packs (mg) through gram and kilogram commercial batches. Tell us your target quantity and we will quote accordingly.
What are your typical lead times?
In-stock catalog peptides usually ship within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation. Custom synthesis and large GMP batches are quoted per project, typically 2–6 weeks depending on sequence and scale.

Do you ship to my country?

How should the peptides be stored?

What if there is a quality issue?
Every lot is released only after full QC. If a COA value is not met or a shipment is damaged, contact us within the agreed window with the batch number and photos; we arrange replacement or refund per our quality agreement.
